So your looking to do an army leadership program. We’ll here are some interesting talking points that always get left behind before its too late to back out. These have been compiled from army buddies that have been in one of the development programs, or knew someone that did. That being said, take this army info with a grain of salt…but keep in mind that there are always some truths in stereotypes and tall-tales.

Dedication, drive and determination, known as the triage of the army will help you so much in every aspect of your life. But, remember the episode of ‘the apprentice’ where trump said, you have to think outside the box…keep this in mind, always. So the best thing you can do is to take what you can from a motivational course and work on leadership development as much as you can otherwise.

The Army officer enrollment wants to be trained developed leaders

Why else would you get into the army…right? Its all about stepping up the plate and developing your mental muscles and self improvement strengths and knowing (or rather admitting) your weakness(es). So once you realize that you need time management for personality types then you start to get consumed by the army and its time to move on.
